Alexandra founded The Fashion Foundry to share the knowledge and experience she has gained over more than 15+ years in the fashion industry.

Her career spans womenswear, menswear, and kidswear across global brands, private label development, independent collections, and celebrity-led projects, including design work for high-profile clients such as the Kardashian family’s brand Kardashian Kollection, as well as the development of private label ranges for retailers including The Iconic (AERE, Atmos&Here). She has also worked across a range of contemporary and lifestyle labels through Hotsprings, contributing to brands such as Mambo, P.E Nation, Cooper St, and Lover, and has collaborated with online fashion platforms including Runway Scout.

Alongside this commercial work, Alexandra founded and developed her own independent label, building it into a recognised and successful brand.

This breadth of experience has shaped a deeply intuitive understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of a collection—from concept and creative direction through to development and production. It has also informed a trusted global network of manufacturers, suppliers, and production specialists she continues to work with today.

Today, Alexandra leads The Fashion Foundry alongside a collective of like-minded industry experts, combining hands-on experience with a grounded, collaborative approach that supports brands with clarity and confidence at every stage of development.
