Discovery
Design & Development
In the design development stage, we begin shaping your ideas into tangible and considered design concepts. Your brand identity is translated into thoughtfully developed styles, materials, and details, creating a clear and cohesive foundation for production.
This is where ideas start to take form in a more defined and exciting way, as we explore silhouette, fabric direction, and key design details that bring depth and character to your collection. Technical Design & Sampling
We create detailed technical packs that translate your designs into clear documentation for our manufacturing partners. These include precise garment specifications, construction details, and fabric and trim guidance.
We then manage the sampling process in close collaboration with you and our manufacturing partners, overseeing the creation of initial samples and working through fit, construction, and fabric refinements. Each sample is reviewed and assessed against the original design intent, with clear feedback provided to ensure accuracy and consistency at every stage.
This stage forms the foundation of production, ensuring your designs are fully refined and ready for manufacture.
Bulk Production
Once samples are approved, we move into full-scale production with our manufacturing partners. At this stage, every detail is finalised and production is carefully managed to ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy across all units.
We oversee the entire production process, maintaining close communication with factories and keeping you updated at key milestones. This includes managing timelines, coordinating approvals, and carrying out quality control checks throughout production to ensure your standards are met.

Logistics & Delivery
We manage the logistics process as part of our end-to-end service, coordinating shipping arrangements to ensure your production is delivered smoothly and on schedule.
From factory dispatch through to final delivery, we oversee freight coordination, documentation, and key shipping requirements, ensuring a seamless transition from production to delivery.
This final stage ensures your collection is delivered efficiently, with careful oversight at every step to maintain consistency, reliability, and timing.
